Santo Domingo – The National Emergency and Security System 911, together with the National Police, held their second technical follow-up meeting, within the framework of the institutional transformation process that promotes the implementation of the New Police Service Delivery Model, aimed at strengthening citizen security.
In a meeting held at the headquarters of the 911 System, continuity was given to the progress made and the will of both institutions to strengthen their interoperability was reaffirmed, through the efficient use of technological tools and the data available in the 911 System.

The implementation of the model is part of a national strategy to modernize police action, promote community proximity, and optimize the response to emergencies, in coordination with the technological and operational capabilities of the 911 System.
