Police locate two teenagers who had been reported missing in Santiago.

Santiago. - The National Police reports that two adolescents, a 15-year-old male and a 13-year-old female, who had been reported missing in separate incidents by their families, in different sectors of this city, were located in good physical condition.

According to the reports received, the male adolescent voluntarily left his residence after gathering some belongings. Subsequently, he was located by agents of the Department of Investigations in a boarding house, where he was staying. Meanwhile, the teenager was found in the home of a supposed friend, after having been absent from her home for several days without the authorization of her family. Both minors were handed over to their respective families after being evaluated by the competent authorities, who confirmed that they were in good health. The names of the teenagers are omitted in compliance with current legal regulations for the protection of minors. The police urge families to maintain constant communication with their children, as well as to immediately report any irregular situation that could put the integrity of minors at risk.
