Santo Domingo.- A 10-year-old boy remains in critical condition after being shot in the head during an armed attack that occurred on Thursday night in the Simonico sector of Villa Duarte, Santo Domingo Este.

Police spokesman Diego Pesqueira explained that the child was urgently transferred to a health center, whose identity was not revealed, where he is receiving medical attention due to the severity of his injuries. The authorities immediately launched investigations to identify and capture those responsible for the shooting.
