19-year-old dies in traffic accident in Sabana Grande de Boyá

Sabana Grande de Boyá, Monte Plata. – A 19-year-old lost his life on Saturday afternoon in a traffic accident that occurred at the entrance of the municipality of Sabana Grande de Boyá, Monte Plata province. The victim was identified as Omar Ramírez, who, according to preliminary reports, was traveling on a motorcycle along with another motorcycle that was traveling at high speed, when one of the units collided with a Kia brand car. Ramírez, driver of the motorcycle involved in the crash, died from the blows received. The occupants of the other motorcycle fled after the accident. Judicial and police authorities, as well as the medical examiner, arrived at the scene, who carried out the removal of the body and initiated the corresponding investigations.
