Santo Domingo. – Authorities arrested one of the brothers of the major of the Dominican Republic Army Diego Geraldo Mesa Arismendy, who is involved in the death of the young woman Perla Jokasta Santos Pacheco, which occurred in the sector Los Guandules, in the National District. So far, the investigating bodies have not reported the specific reasons for the arrest, nor have they offered details about the role that the detainee would have played in relation to the case.
