Santiago. - The hearing to consider the request for coercive measure against the group of six people accused of violating the young Génesis Peña Peña, in an event that occurred on March 17 in the municipality of Villa González of the province of Santiago, was postponed to the afternoon of Friday, September 12.

Young Génesis Peña, a victim of sexual assault by six men in the municipality of Villa González, was transferred this Wednesday to the Palacio de Justicia de Santiago, where she is in the Prosecutor's Office accompanied by her mother and her lawyer, Martínez Brito, as legal representative.
In this scenario, the request for a coercive measure against the six defendants in the case will be known, while a seventh defendant remains at large. The Public Prosecutor's Office announced that it will request 18 months of preventive detention and that the case be declared complex, given the seriousness of the events.
