Azua. – With the support of the Special Fund for Agricultural Development (FEDA) and other entities linked to the agricultural sector, the 2025 Agricultural and Ecotourism Fair is being developed in the municipality of Peralta.
In this event, agricultural products cultivated by farmers from the mountainous area of Peralta are offered.
The fair is attended by the national director of the FEDA, Hecmilio Galván; the provincial governor, María Minerva Navarro; the mayor of the municipality, Yovel Pérez Martínez; as well as the lawyer, political leader, farmer and sportsman Janser Martínez.
The activity is coordinated by the teacher and agricultural leader Elsa Sánchez (Yova Sánchez) and by Inabael Ramírez Pujols.
The event started in the morning and will extend until the evening, including raffles of agricultural equipment and supplies, such as fertilizers, machetes, shovels, picks, axes, as well as the delivery of coffee plants, among others. Artistic and cultural presentations are also held for the enjoyment of the attendees.
