Los Frailes, SDE. — A woman died and three other people were injured by gunshot wounds during a family conflict recorded in the sector Los Frailes I, Santo Domingo Este, motivated by alleged differences related to an inheritance.
The victim was identified as Steicy Adames, who died from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the preliminary diagnosis.

The injured were taken to the Traumatology Hospital Dr. Darío Contreras, where they are receiving medical attention. This is Scarlin Danelys Guillermo Adames, 30 years old; John Henry Tapia Santana (alias "Pelao dominicano"), 28 years old; and a 17-year-old teenager, whose identity is reserved, who present various gunshot wounds. According to preliminary information, the alleged perpetrator of the act is Cecilio Lantigua Terrero, 51 years old, known as "Luis Banana", who allegedly opened fire on his relatives during a heated discussion related to a family inheritance. After committing the act, the aggressor fled, leaving behind a Ford vehicle, model Focus, year 2009, license plate A627634. In the scene, located in Heaven's Alley, Ramón Matías Mella street, kilometer 10 of Los Frailes, members of the Scientific Police collected three 9 mm caliber shell casings as part of the evidence. The victim's body was transferred to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) for the corresponding purposes, while the authorities maintain an active search and location of the alleged perpetrator to bring him to justice.
