Santiago. – The Public Ministry filed this Sunday, at 3:00 p.m., before the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention of this city, the request for a coercive measure against six men accused of drugging and sexually abusing a young woman in the municipality of Villa González, Santiago.
In the case file, the prosecution requests pre-trial detention as a precautionary measure, charging them with sexual assault, criminal association, and illegal dissemination of content, after a video of the event circulated on social media.

The individuals named are: Yamir Fernando Pérez Toribio (a) Ferere, 23 years old; Javier Eduardo Núñez Toribio (a) Bebe, 28; Oniel Rafael Pichardo Martínez (a) Contreras, 20; Delfry de Jesús Rodríguez (a) Yiyo, 28; Edwin Manuel Castro (a) El Guaro; and José Alfonso Rubiera, 29, who remain detained in the jail of the Palace of Justice of Santiago. With this measure, the prosecuting body seeks to ensure that the defendants remain under judicial control while investigations into a case that has generated great social alarm proceed. The hearing is scheduled for this Monday, starting at 9:00 a.m., at the Palace of Justice in Santiago.
