Santo Domingo.– From the Hearing Room of the Third Collegiate Tribunal of the Palace of Justice of Ciudad Nueva, the request for preventive detention against ten military personnel and civilians linked to the corruption network called "Operation Wolf" will be heard.
The Public Ministry requests 18 months of prison as a coercive measure, in addition to the case being declared complex.

The file contains approximately 450 pages and over 500 pieces of evidence, including documentary, testimonial, and expert evidence. Operation Wolf seeks to prosecute the members of a structure made up of military personnel and civilians who allegedly used bribes to obtain private security contracts and maintain links with suppliers of public institutions. Among those involved are retired Major General Carlos Ambrosio Robles Díaz, and Colonels Andrés Pacheco Varela, Luis Ernesto Vicioso Bocio, Francisco Guarín Fernández and Elías Camaño Pérez. Also indicated are Air Force Colonel Yorbyn Eduardo Eufracio Aybar, Army First Lieutenant Wellington Peralta Santos, businessman Quilvio Bienvenido Rodríguez González, National Police Colonel Ramón Quezada Ortiz, and civilian Bolívar Nicolás Fernández Espinal.
