Santo Domingo Oeste. – A judge from the Permanent Attention Office of Santo Domingo Oeste will hear this Wednesday, at 12:00 noon, the request for a coercive measure against a mother and her partner, accused of child abuse to the detriment of their children, including a minor who was found chained in a house in the El Café de Herrera sector and subsequently rescued by the authorities. The defendants are Marina de la Rosa Rosario, 26 years old, the child's mother, and Adrián Amador García, 27, stepfather, against whom the Public Ministry requests preventive detention as a coercive measure.

The hearing was set after the Santo Domingo Oeste Prosecutor's Office filed the corresponding request with the court, with the aim of ensuring that the accused answer for the facts they are charged with.
