Santo Domingo.- The Permanent Attention Services Office of the National District imposed this Wednesday three months of preventive prison against Jhokomo Hernández de la Rosa, known as “Yokomo” or “Sinaloa”, for his alleged involvement in a homicide that occurred on January 26 in the Villa Francisca sector.
The defendant, the romantic partner of urban singer Ashley Mariel Victoriano Sánchez, alias “Masha,” was linked by the Public Ministry to the shooting death of Eminen Alexander Payano. According to the accusation, Hernández de la Rosa would have attacked the victim while he was riding a motorcycle, an incident in which the young Esteuris Cuevas was also injured. You may be interested in: http://Masha is released, says Diego Pesqueira
During the hearing, the court granted the prosecution's request, considering that there is evidence linking him to the event, as well as a risk of flight and possible obstruction of the process. The accused must serve the measure in a penitentiary center while the investigations continue, which include expert assessments and taking of testimonies. Meanwhile, the urban artist "Masha" was released after being questioned about another armed incident that occurred on February 16 on Avenida 27 de Febrero, where a 22-year-old young woman who was with her died. Although she remains under investigation, no new coercive measures have been taken against her so far.
