La Romana City Hall recognizes Major General Jorge Iván Camino Pérez and other military personnel-

La Romana. - Within the framework of the "Patron Saint Festivities Santa Rosa de Lima 2025", the City Council of La Romana recognized Major General of the Dominican Republic Army, Jorge Iván Camino Pérez and other military personnel from the different military and police institutions of La Romana. The event was led by the Municipal Mayor, Eduardo Kery Metivier, and the Provincial Governor Ivelisse Mercedes Méndez. Also participated Councilor Trina Angomás and Mr. Freddy Félix Ysaac, President of the "Organizing Committee of the Patron Saint Festivities Santa Rosa de Lima 2025."

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The authorities paraded from the esplanade of the Municipal Palace to the legendary Recreativo Club of the municipality of La Romana, where the recognition ceremony took place. After the parade, and after the authorities arrived at the Recreativo Club, the Romanense military and police were recognized, who received that distinction from the civil authorities of the province.
