Santo Domingo.- The executive president of the Banco de Reservas de República Dominicana, Dr. Leonardo Aguilera, is among the top five most honest and transparent officials of the current administration headed by President Luis Abinader.
This is established by the second annual report of the Government Confidence Index of the specialized consultancy SONDEOS, which was announced yesterday, Tuesday.
In that study, conducted from the first to the fourth of this month of October through a face-to-face survey of 1,200 cases nationwide, Aguilera obtained +74% and -12%, occupying the fourth position in the list, which is headed by the Minister of Tourism, David Collado with a valuation of +78%-14%.

Aguilera was appointed by President Abinader on August 17th to head Banrservas, after five years leading the Dominican Petroleum Refinery (Refidomsa).
His management has been characterized by developing an honest and transparent line that has earned him several recognitions.
