SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS. - A man identified as Guillermo Henríquez was recently arrested in the El Naranjo Dulce sector, after being involved in an alleged domestic altercation.
The incident, which was captured and disseminated by local media, exposes a complex situation of coexistence marked by alcohol consumption and reports of aggression.
When questioned by the press while in police custody police, Henríquez denied the accusations of direct physical assault.
"We are two loves, we have been together for 33 years, four grandchildren and three children. I didn't have a knife, we were cutting some meat with a fork when the police arrived", affirmed Henríquez, who admitted to having been drinking at the time of the event.
