The file indicates that the defendant Ángel Ernesto Rosario Abreu would have violated security protocols by transporting the so-called "clavadores" Jonathan Diltren and Fernando de Jesús Ventura Segura towards Block B of the port, where, according to the videos from the DP World Monitoring Center, they introduced the substance into the container. The accused, currently held in Najayo, also allegedly obtained fake seals with the same numbering as the originals, in order to conceal the manipulation of the container ONEU13 18950, whose final destination was France. The case involves 16 defendants, including the former PRM councilman in Boca Chica Francisco Alberto Paulino Castro (Francis/El Compadre), as well as employees and contractors of the port. All remain detained in the preventive prison of San Luis, awaiting the hearing on November 29 in Santo Domingo Este. The Public Ministry requests preventive detention and that the process be declared complex, for alleged international drug trafficking, money laundering, and association of wrongdoers.
