SANTO DOMINGO.- President Luis Abinader informed this Monday that the National Police Reform Commission is delivering the police reform project to the Senate of the Republic, after several years of work.
During his participation in "La Semanal con la Prensa", the president explained that said commission is made up of representatives from the public sector and the private sector, who have worked together in the elaboration of the proposal.

"Right now, the National Police Reform Commission, which is a commission from the public and private sectors, is depositing the National Police reform project after years of work, and is delivering it to the Senate of the Republic today," said Abinader. The president highlighted that the delivery of the document constitutes an important step within the review and transformation process that the Government is promoting regarding the police institution.
