Santiago de Chile.- President Luis Abinader presented his formal greeting to his counterpart from Chile, Gabriel Boric, at the Palacio de La Moneda (Chilean government house).
The Dominican ruler arrived at 6:30 P.M. (local time) at the Arturo Merino Benítez Airport in Santiago to attend, along with other heads of State and/or Government, the inauguration as president of the South American nation of José Antonio Kast this March 11th.

On this occasion, the Dominican head of state is accompanied by the first lady, Raquel Arbaje; his daughter Adriana Abinader Arbaje and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Roberto Álvarez. The Dominican president is among the heads of state or government who, along with King Felipe VI of Spain, are participating in the inauguration of the elected Chilean leader, who will succeed the current dignitary in office.
