San Luis, Santo Domingo Este.– The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, led this Saturday the delivery of 360 new apartments of the Mi Vivienda plan in the Ciudad Real San Luis project, along with the Minister of Housing and Buildings (MIVED), Carlos Bonilla. These units are added to the more than 20 thousand homes delivered by the Government through MIVED, as part of the commitment to guarantee access to a decent home for thousands of Dominican families.

The Ciudad Real San Luis residential complex, built on 9,228 square meters of land, includes a total of 1,086 apartments. Of these, the government of President Abinader has delivered 763 units, representing more than 70% of the executed project. The housing complex includes 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, designed with a living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, laundry area, parking spaces, as well as children's play areas and a gazebo for community activities. The joint investment exceeds RD$ 843 million, reflecting the strength of the public-private partnership in housing. Ciudad Real San Luis is located in a strategic area with access to essential services such as the El Almirante Municipal Hospital, police station, fire department, banks, supermarkets, public transport, primary schools, softball stadium, and the Instituto Técnico Superior Comunitario (ITSC). These new homes are part of the more than 20 thousand housing units delivered by MIVED during the current administration of President Luis Abinader, contributing significantly to the reduction of the housing deficit and facilitating access to decent housing for low and middle-income families.
