Ricoh LATAM opens new offices and innovation center in Santo Domingo

Santo Domingo,.– Ricoh LATAM marked a new milestone in Dominican Republic with the opening of its modern offices and the Ricoh Innovation Lounge (RIL), a space designed to showcase and experience the technological solutions that will define the work environments of the future.

The nearly 1,000-square-meter facilities are integrated into the regional space renovation plan promoted by the company, where automation tools, digitalization, intelligent printing, electronic security, and document management converge, aimed at optimizing the operation of companies in any sector.

Ismael Castillo, Country Manager of Ricoh Dominicana, highlighted that the concept is designed to enhance the experience of both employees and clients, allowing them to interact directly with technological ecosystems that facilitate productivity, flexibility, and business continuity. The Ricoh Innovation Lounge, located within the new complex, becomes the center of co-creation and technological demonstration, where clients can design solutions tailored to their needs and accelerate their digital transformation. Diego Imperio, President and CEO of Ricoh LATAM, pointed out that the opening reaffirms the company's commitment to Latin America and, in particular, to the Dominican Republic, where Ricoh has accompanied business growth for more than 30 years.
