Ruiz highlighted that the series seeks to awaken the interest of young people and encourage discussion about patriotic ideals. "It's going to generate discussions, something we feel has been lost even in schools. We want every Dominican to revive the importance of preserving the freedom that cost so much blood," he expressed. For his part, Minister Salcedo spoke of the educational value of using public platforms to disseminate this type of content. "We understand that broadcasting this animated series on public television is very beneficial, because it strengthens our identity and uses the State's resources to reach all the people," he affirmed. The series, directed by filmmaker Luis Cepeda, consists of eight 20-minute episodes and was made with motion capture technology and CGI animation, the same technique used in films like Avatar. The broadcast started today on channel 4 of RTVD and will continue throughout the week, with broadcasts at 1:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. In addition, its dissemination will be enabled on other platforms to ensure that it reaches the greatest number of Dominican homes. "Trinitarios" thus becomes a milestone in Dominican television by combining technological innovation, historical rigor, and an educational and cultural commitment that seeks to keep alive the legacy of the founders of the homeland.
