The driver of the vehicle carrying Masha and the deceased young woman was arrested months ago for marijuana with the artist.

Santo Domingo.-The subject known as "Yiacomo", identified as the driver of the vehicle in which the urban exponent Masha was traveling, at the time of the armed attack that occurred early this Monday on 27 de Febrero Avenue, in the National District, is the same man who was arrested months ago along with the artist.

Asly Mariel Victoriano, given name of “Masha”, was arrested along with the man at that time, during a preventive operation in which two packages of a vegetable presumably marijuana were seized.

In the investigative process, the National Police reported that "Yiacomo" appears in their files as a fugitive from justice for a homicide case, which is why he is being sought for that case as well as for investigation purposes related to the armed attack. Authorities indicated that "Yiacomo" is linked to the death of a young man nicknamed "Eminem", which occurred on January 26 in the Villa Francisca sector, in the National District. According to the data, the incident this morning resulted in the death of Dominic Natalia Gómez Cabrera, a 22-year-old woman, who died while receiving medical attention after being seriously injured during the shooting. The attack occurred around 3:00 in the morning, when the vehicle in which five people were traveling, including Masha, was intercepted by another car, from which multiple shots were fired. The attackers fled immediately after the event.
