Santo Domingo.- The National Police is actively searching for José Francisco Montero Encarnación, 36 years old, identified as the alleged perpetrator of the murder of a mother and her teenage daughter, as well as causing injuries to a 7-year-old girl in an incident that occurred this Monday in the Brisas del Este sector, Santo Domingo Este.
According to preliminary reports obtained by the authorities through interviews and investigations at the scene, Montero Encarnación would have been the last person seen in the house where María Morillo Morillo, 45, and her daughter Elisabeth Ulloa Morillo, 17, were found dead, both with multiple stab wounds.

Although the link between the alleged aggressor and the victims is currently unknown, investigators from the Public Ministry and the National Police are handling his identification as the main suspect in the double homicide and the injuries inflicted on the surviving minor.
The incident came to light when a sister of the adult victim, Berenise Morillo, arrived at the residence and found the door ajar. Upon entering, she found her 7-year-old niece injured and, inside a room, her sister and teenage niece lifeless. Authorities are working on the immediate location of Montero Encarnación to proceed with his arrest and subsequent submission to justice. While investigations are ongoing, the results from INACIF are awaited, which will allow determining the exact time of death and provide more details to the case.
