Tomás Hernández: “The Dominican economy is shielded against any impact of the war in the Middle East”

Santo Domingo, – The political leader Tomás Hernández Alberto assured that the Dominican economy remains solid and prepared to face any impact derived from the war currently taking place in the Middle East. When approached by journalists about the possibility of the international conflict affecting the country, Hernández Alberto stated that the economic policy promoted by President Luis Abinader's government keeps the situation under control and guarantees stability for the Dominican people.

“President Luis Abinader has shown to have the experience and the ability to handle moments of global crisis. Today the Dominican Republic has a strengthened economy and responsible policies that protect our people”, he expressed.

The political leader highlighted that the president's management has always prioritized economic stability, the protection of essential services, and the well-being of the population, even in the face of complex international scenarios. Hernández Alberto emphasized that thanks to the preventive measures adopted by the Government, the services and economic stability of the country will not be affected, reiterating confidence in the handling that President Abinader carries out in the face of global challenges.
