The AI-assisted reinterpretation by 4AMTapes of Poeta Callejero's "Bonita Bonita" is the first known AI-powered song to enter any of Billboard's multi-metric Latin songs charts. It debuts at No. 16 on Hot Latin Pop Songs (dated January 31), driven primarily by streaming activity (390,000 official streams in the United States in the week ending January 22, a 916% increase, according to Luminate).
Hot Latin Pop Songs, like its main Hot Latin Songs chart, are multi-metric song charts, where streaming activity, radio airplay, and sales data are combined to rank titles.

"Bonita Bonita" — which carries the "AI-generated content" tag on Deezer (indicating that the release is "detected as AI-generated" by the service) — made its debut on the Billboard charts in December, when it spent a week on Latin Digital Song Sales (dated December 27) with nominal sales, before re-entering the same chart this week at No. 2 with approximately 500 sales. "Bonita Bonita" follows other AI-assisted songs that have entered other Billboard charts, created by acts like Xania Monet, Breaking Rust, Enlly Blue, Juno Skye, and Cain Walker. 4AMTapes is the project of Dominican producer and musician Kenny Javier, who tells Billboard that he has released nearly 100 AI-assisted songs since November, created with the help of the music generation platform Suno. Javier says that 4AMTapes seeks to "elevate the aesthetic of the genre, presenting its artists with elegance while maintaining playful and genuine lyrics." The original version of "Bonita Bonita" by Dominican reggaeton singer Poeta Callejero (real name Gerardo Gabriel Santana) was released in 2011 and included in his 2014 album Hagan Sus Diligencias, Parte Uno. Neither the song nor the album appeared on a Billboard chart. The next thing for Kenny Javier and 4AMTapes is a new EP they are working on, which will include four unreleased songs, composed by LR Ley Del Rap, another key figure in the Dominican urban music movement.
