After the parade, the model shared on their social media an unreleased video of the casting process, in which they confessed that, if they were to publish those images, it would be because they had been chosen for that great opportunity. Juanel's participation in Armani adds to a growing list of international brands he has worked with, solidifying him as one of the most influential Dominican male models today. His career has opened doors for a new generation of models from the country, demonstrating that local talent can compete at the highest global level. Furthermore, Juanel has achieved a remarkable closeness with living legends of fashion, such as Donatella Versace, with whom he was recently seen sharing during the Latin American Fashion Awards 2025, a moment that reaffirms his positioning within the most exclusive circles of the industry. The Dominican model has not only walked for some of the most prestigious houses in the world, but is also the protagonist of Louis Vuitton's most recent global campaign, under the creative direction of Pharrell Williams, becoming the first Dominican male model to be the face of the French brand. Juanel Hernández's success represents a personal achievement, but also a triumph for the Dominican Republic, a country that is consolidating itself as a true cradle of great female and male models. Figures like Lineisy Montero, Arlenis Sosa and now Juanel, confirm that Dominican talent continues to conquer the most important catwalks and campaigns in the world, leaving an indelible mark on the history of international fashion.
