San Juan, Puerto Rico – Puerto Rican singer and songwriter Christian Alicea had an outstanding participation during the past weekend of the San Sebastián Street Parties, reaffirming his presence and connection with the public at the most important cultural event in Puerto Rico, which is estimated to have brought together more than a million people during its four days, breaking all previously recorded attendance records.
From Thursday to Sunday, the singer performed on three different occasions as part of the official festival program. On Thursday, January 15, he was part of the opening show along with Tito Nieves. On Saturday, January 17, he performed solo on Fortaleza Street as part of the Sounds of Puerto Rico SanSeEdition show of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company.

On Sunday, January 18th, Alicea surprised the audience by joining Jowell and Randy during the closing of the event, performing their song “El Carrusel”, in one of the most danced moments of the night. In each of his performances, Christian Alicea received the support and affection of the public, thus closing a successful weekend within the traditional Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián in his native Puerto Rico.
