Following the public infidelity and scandalous separation, the bond between
Christian Nodal and Cazzu was severely strained, and they are still struggling to reach an agreement regarding the support for their common daughter, Inti. Mexican media revealed an alleged lawsuit filed by the singer against the Argentinian.
The host Pati Chapoy announced an alleged legal action initiated by Nodal against Cazzu, in which he claims that for two years he gave the artist significant sums of cash.

The lawsuit, apparently of a civil nature, would have been filed before a family court in Jalisco, Mexico. In the program Ventaneando they indicated that the singer seeks to ensure his participation in every decision related to the upbringing of Inti. In that context, he would have requested the intervention of the justice to guarantee his rights as a father.
The alleged millions Nodal paid Cazzu
In the television cycle, the magnitude of the figures mentioned was debated: according to the calculation presented, the singer's contributions would be around
12 million Mexican pesos (more than
660,000 dollars) in a year.
"In the last instances that I have asked Julieta Emilia Cazzuchelli to authorize the issuance of our daughter's Mexican passport, as well as her help so that she makes the minor's visa available to be able to travel and enter the United States of America, she has brought up the issue of the pension for our daughter, telling me to increase the deposits and transfers that I make to her," says the musician in the judicial document.
Nodal stated that such behaviors could be considered as "coercion", while supporting a proposal known as
"Cazzu Law", which seeks to regulate travel permits for minors when their parents are separated. The initiative has already surpassed 33 thousand signatures on
Change.org and opened a broader debate on mobility, custody, and international procedures.
