Don Pipi Correa, father of communicator Aquiles Correa, passes away

Santo Domingo, RD. – With deep sorrow, the Dominican communicator and actor Aquiles Correa reported this Friday the death of his father, Don Pipi Correa, at the age of 92.

The news was announced through his social media, where he expressed his gratitude for his parent's life and shared emotional words in their memory.

"ElViejazo fought, but after 10 days, he rested. It was 92 well-lived years, eating, drinking, and sleeping. His 6 children enjoyed him like no one else. Thanks to God for not making him suffer," wrote Correa, showing the admiration and affection he felt for his father. So far, the exact causes of death have not been disclosed.

In his message, the artist also hinted at the possibility of paying tribute in a more informal and close way: "Later I'll tell you if you want to come and have a drink in his name. #PipiCorrea moved to the other neighborhood," he concluded. Figures from the media and followers have expressed their condolences to the communicator for this loss.
