The 23-year-old model, Mayra Delgado, made an impact with her participation in the “Face to Face Challenge”, of the 72nd edition of the international Miss World pageant.
Delgado, representative of the Dominican Republic in the renowned contest, participated in the “Head 2 Head Presentations”, a key event, in the Miss World concentration which was broadcast live worldwide on YouTube.
This challenge offers all Miss World contestants a platform to express their ideas, share their social projects, and reveal their inspirations, in what could be considered an official presentation or interview with the jury.

Divided into two groups: May 20: America/Caribbean and Africa, where Mayra participated, and May 21: Europe/Asia and Oceania, one of the most outstanding aspects of the Face to Face Challenge is its focus on Beauty with a Purpose, the central axis of the Miss World mission.
This organization's project seeks to empower women through charitable projects and community initiatives.
In the Mayra initiative, who is also a graduate in Business Management and Administration and holds academic certifications from institutions such as Harvard Business School, Barna Management School and Wilkes University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Business at the University of Monterrey, Mexico, was able to highlight her professional profile but also her social projects.
In his speech, Delgado shared that he is CEO of Premium Class Modeling Academy and that he presides over the Manos Surcadas RD foundations, which is focused on supporting the elderly, and AIP Breast Prevention & Care RD, dedicated to the prevention of breast cancer.
She shared that this latest foundation provides free exams with artificial intelligence technology to women with limited resources, closely aligned with the "Beauty with Purpose" challenge of the international pageant.
