Mexico City.– Mexican singer Belinda will be the Spanish voice of ‘Lilypad’, the new character in ‘Toy Story 5’, and will share credits with singers Bad Bunny, Bizarrap, and Spanish actress Penélope Cruz, who are part of the voice cast for Latin America and Spain for the new Disney and Pixar animated production.
In the context of the upcoming film release on June 17th, Belinda announced the news alongside Disney in a video shared on her social media, where she was seen in the vicinity of the Pixar studios in San Francisco (United States).
“Hi, I am here at the Pixar studios in San Francisco and I am very excited to tell you that I am going to be the voice of ‘Lilypad’ in Disney and Pixar’s ‘Toy Story 5’,” the actress revealed about this illustrated antagonist character.

‘Lilypad’ is crucial in the development of ‘Toy Story 5’, as it delves into the idea of how electronic devices capture children’s attention, which ends up overshadowing the role of traditional toys that in the saga are starred by Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Jessie.
With this participation, the singer of ‘Amor a Primera Vista’ joins a cast of international figures that includes Bad Bunny, voice of Pizza with Sunglasses in both the original and Spanish versions; Bizarrap, who will play Garden Gnome; and Penélope Cruz, who will voice a new character named Flamenco.
