Santo Domingo.– Miss Universe Fátima Bosch will arrive this Monday, January 26, in the Dominican Republic to develop an institutional, social, and cultural agenda focused on raising awareness about autism, within the framework of the 70th anniversary of the Miss Dominican Republic organization.
The universal sovereign will arrive in the country through the Las Américas International Airport (AILA) at 3:00 in the afternoon, on a flight from the Arajet airline, where she will be received by the national director of Miss Dominican Republic, Magalis Febles, and the current Miss Dominican Republic Universe, Jennifer Ventura. During her stay, which will extend until Tuesday, February 3rd, Bosch will lead and participate in initiatives aimed at inclusion, education, and awareness of the autism spectrum, reaffirming the social commitment of the Miss Universe platform with causes of high human impact. One of the main events of her visit will be her participation as a volunteer in the Motivational Forum on Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia, which will be held on Thursday, January 29th at 9:00 am in the Aula Magna of the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD). The activity, with free access, will bring together national and international specialists and will be carried out in coordination with Azul Podcast, the Faculty of Medicine and the Rector's Office of the UASD. As part of her cultural agenda, Fátima Bosch will be guest of honor at the spring-summer collection parade of Dominican designer Giannina Azar, which will take place at the Kimpton Las Mercedes hotel, in addition to taking tours of the Colonial City and photo sessions to highlight the country's cultural identity. The Miss Universe's visit is part of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Miss Dominican Republic, an organization that for seven decades has projected the image of the country and consolidated its role as a platform for social and cultural impact.
