Santo Domingo.- Communicator Pamela Sued explained on the program “Esto No Es Radio” her decision to keep her son Alonso as an only child, along with her husband Giancarlos Beras.
Sued indicated that, although they are both of age and in a position to expand the family, they have no plans to do so at the moment, noting that their lifestyle suits the current dynamic and allows them to dedicate exclusive time to their son. However, he expressed that, if the desire to have another child arises, they would embrace it without any problems.
During the conversation, the debate about only children was addressed. The communicator rejected common claims that a single child is insufficient or does not constitute a family, pointing out that each household must make its own decisions. She mentioned as an example families with several children, such as that of former queen Amelia Vega, but reiterated that she feels satisfied with her current family nucleus.
The communicator also mentioned that a lesson learned after her father’s accident led her to live with greater intention and to value the present, an approach she has adopted in her personal and family life.
