Santo Domingo.– The popular mobile game Pokémon GO officially celebrates its tenth anniversary during July 2026 with a calendar packed with special events, new promotional codes, unprecedented bonuses, legendary raids, and the long-awaited debut of new mega evolutions for millions of trainers around the world.
As part of the celebration, Niantic released new promotional codes that allow unlocking exclusive items for the player’s avatar. Among them, FENDIxFRGMTxPOKEMON stands out, which provides a hoodie from the FENDI x FRGMT collection, and MLBxPOKEMONGO2026, which unlocks a commemorative Major League Baseball (MLB) t-shirt.
GO Pass with over 100 levels
The new GO Pass will be available from July 7 to August 4, offering over 100 levels of rewards for those who complete various challenges.

July arrives full of events
The celebrations will begin with Sobble Community Day, on July 4th, where players will be able to obtain an Inteleon with the exclusive move Hydro Cannon, in addition to enjoying eggs that will hatch four times faster, double candy per catch, and a longer duration for incense and lures.
That same weekend, the 10th Anniversary Party will be held from July 4 to 6, featuring Pikachu, Eevee, and Wurmple in costumes, plus a bonus of four times the XP and Stardust for catching Pokémon.
Subsequently, Path of Legends will arrive, from July 6 to 10, with an intense rotation of Legendary Pokémon and Ultra Beasts in raids.

GO Fest Global will be free
One of the most important announcements corresponds to Pokémon GO Fest 2026, which will be held on July 11 and 12 and which, for the first time, will be completely free and global.
The event will mark the world debut of:
- Mega Mewtwo X
- Mega Mewtwo Y
- Zeraora
In addition, Mega Raids will arrive featuring Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y, inspired by Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
More celebrations during the month
The calendar also includes:
- Pikachu Anniversary Celebration (July 13 to 20), featuring various historical costumes.
- Raichu Ultra Raid Day (July 18).
- Professor Willow’s Birthday (July 21), whose Special Research will grant an exclusive Pikachu.
- Ascension to the Ozone (July 25 and 26), free research that will allow you to obtain a Meteorite and an encounter with Rayquaza, necessary to activate its Mega Evolution.
Raid rotation
During July, the five-star raid bosses will also change.
Among them are:
- Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres.
- Shadow Palkia, available for practically the entire month.
- Kyogre.
- Solgaleo.
- Kyurem.
In Mega Raids, Mega Lucario, Mega Sceptile, Mega Salamence, and Mega Aggron will appear, according to the official schedule.
Changes to weekly events
Niantic also confirmed that the traditional Pokémon Spotlight Hour will permanently change from Tuesdays to Thursdays, keeping the 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (local time) schedule, with different bonuses each week.
On the other hand, Dynamax Battles will continue every Monday with the rotation of Pokémon such as Pidove, Chansey, Deino, Trubbish, and Feebas.
Finally, those who complete seven research stamps during the month will be able to obtain a guaranteed encounter with one of several special Pokémon, including Axew, Dragonite, Honedge, Indeedee, Jangmo-o, or Klawf, in addition to other resources to continue advancing in the game.
