Santo Domingo.- The production of the reality show La Casa de Alofoke, began this Tuesday the construction of its new set for the second season, located in the facilities of Lantica Studios in Juan Dolio, province San Pedro de Macorís.
The construction of the new house marks the beginning of a stage in which high-level technical resources are integrated to reinforce the visual structure of the program, which is scheduled to premiere on October 20th. The space is being designed to cover the operational and narrative needs of the format, focused on the coexistence of the participants.

The production team of La Casa de Alofoke 2 has chosen to move to this production center due to its specialized infrastructure, which includes soundproof studios, advanced filming systems, and adaptable areas for television and cinema. The change of location responds to a strategy of scaling up the technical quality of the content.
Lantica Studios has been the venue for multiple national and international shoots. Its resources have been used in films such as Cuarencena, Hotel Coppelia, Aire and La Hembrita, which has positioned the complex as a key point for the country's audiovisual industry.
The new season of the reality show will feature the participation of Dominican and foreign contestants, which has required a larger and more segmented house design. The construction facilities include areas for challenges, common areas, bedrooms, and technical spaces for broadcasting and monitoring.
The program will be broadcast exclusively on YouTube, as in its first edition, a channel where it achieved a massive audience in its first installment. The production informed that the construction of the house is being carried out on schedule to ensure its completion before the start of filming.
