Santo Domingo.- The Dominican urban artist Crazy
Design described the public’s reception during a meeting held this Saturday at Plaza Lama on Winston Churchill Avenue as an unprecedented moment in his professional career, as part of a public activity with the cast of La Casa de Alofoke.
Crazy, former member of the popular duo Los Teke Teke, stated that in his more than 16 years of career he had not experienced anything similar in terms of the public’s response and affection.
“In my 16 years of career, I had never experienced anything like this, that says it all,” expressed the artist.
The singer, who entered the reality show La Casa de Alofoke, amid criticism from other figures of the same urban genre, assured that his participation in the program has meant a point of evolution and inflection for his career. “Many people criticized me, ‘What is Crazy doing there?’, but the result was different,” he pointed out.
During his stay in the reality show, Crazy Design has recorded two musical themes. The first, titled “Que Rica”, which has exceeded 3 million views on YouTube. While the second, a collaboration with Omega El Fuerte and Darell, is about to be released.
Furthermore, after his exposure on the reality show, Crazy announced a tour of the United States soon. He assured that the scope of the project has impacted not only his career, but also that of the other participants in the show.
“Absolutely, this has impacted everything, my career and the career of everyone who is in the reality show La Casa de Alofoke,” he affirmed.
The meeting at Plaza Lama was part of a shopping day organized by the program, where four other members of the reality show participated along with Crazy. There, the public’s support was evident, as they approached to greet and share with the members of the reality show.
Since entering the program, Crazy has maintained an active presence on social media and digital platforms, positioning himself as one of the participants with the most visibility, also taking advantage of the exposure of the reality show to promote his music.
