Caracas.- A 3.9 magnitude earthquake shook areas of northern Venezuela this Friday, with no reports of damage or casualties so far, reported the Venezuelan Foundation for Seismological Research (Funvisis).
On its X account, the agency indicated that the seismic movement was recorded at 10:53 local time (14:53 GMT), at a depth of 5.5 kilometers, 10 kilometers northeast of Naiguatá, in La Guaira state, the area most affected by the double earthquake on June 24.

EFE was able to confirm that dozens of people came down from commercial buildings in Caracas following this new tremor.
