Global Bail of $800,000
Prosecutor Melba López filed an indictment that includes violations of Article 93 of the Penal Code of Puerto Rico for first-degree murder, as well as charges for endangering public safety by firing a firearm. Judge Rocío Alonso found probable cause against the defendant for the four charges against him and imposed a global bail of $800,000. The preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 28, 2025, in room 605 of the San Juan Court.
