Washington.- U.S. President Donald Trump greeted his Argentine counterpart, Javier Milei, with a smile this Tuesday, calling him a “great leader,” during the Latin American leader’s first official visit to the White House.
“We want (to the people of Argentina) We are here to support you. You have a great leader,” Trump said as he shook hands with Milei, who arrives in the U.S. days after Washington extended a hand to revive the Argentine economy.

Trump received Milei for a lunch between both government teams at the
White House and assured that the Argentinian has had “an incredible career” and that he trusts that “he is going to win this election”, so he offered him his “absolute support”.
During the meeting, both leaders discussed an agenda focused on strengthening bilateral relations, with special emphasis on economic cooperation and foreign investment.
