Washington.- U.S. President Donald Trump asserted this Wednesday that his Colombian counterpart, Gustavo Petro, is a "thug and a bad guy" and accused him of manufacturing "a lot of drugs", days after accusing him of being a "drug trafficking leader".
"He's a thug, he's a bad man and he's producing a lot of drugs. They have cocaine factories," the president accused the press.
As diplomatic tensions rise, Trump does not yield and again threatens Colombia and its president: "He should be careful or we will take very severe measures against him and his country," he warned.
