Hampton, Virginia, United States.- Two people died and a third was injured after a car was hit by an Amazon delivery truck, whose driver lost control. The incident occurred on the night of this Saturday at the intersection of East Pembroke Avenue and North King Street.
According to municipal authorities, the crash involved a sedan that was stopped at a red light, when the delivery truck driver lost control, hit a fire hydrant and subsequently crashed into the car, leaving two fatalities and one injured.

After the accident, the affected people were taken to a hospital. However, the driver and passenger of the sedan died from their injuries, while the truck driver survived and is receiving medical attention. The state of health of the driver and the other injured person is unknown at this time. The police reported that accident investigators are still working to determine the causes of the incident.
