Authorities in Florida are searching for a woman accused of murdering a missing father whose body was discovered zip-tied and buried in a shallow grave nearly a month after he disappeared.
The Walton County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as 38-year-old Isabelle Rose Johnson, who investigators say has been actively evading law enforcement and is wanted on an open murder charge. Police described her as “dangerous” and said she is believed to be using multiple aliases while on the run.
The victim, 43-year-old Jason Coulthart, was reported missing on May 24. His remains were found on June 25 on a property in Freeport, Florida. According to investigators, Coulthart had a zip tie around his neck and was buried in a shallow grave that had been covered with concrete, with a black Cadillac parked on top.
Authorities say Johnson has used several names, including Harley, Jessica Elaine Bowman, Jessica Elaine Thrush, Jessica Elaine Thrash, Jessica Dowdy and possibly Denise, to avoid capture.
The sheriff’s office recently increased the reward for information leading to Johnson’s arrest from $6,000 to $11,000 and urged her to surrender.

Investigators said Johnson has connections in Florida, Georgia and southern Alabama and is known to seek assistance from strangers by claiming to be experiencing personal hardships.
Five other people have already been arrested as accessories in the case. Authorities have not disclosed their relationship to Johnson or the victim, and a motive for the killing has not yet been announced.
