Pichardo Bello represented the Dominican Republic along with the children Édgar Ureña who was crowned runner-up and Shamir Licairac, Gunter Schulz and Eduardo Espaillat. In the competition that included 37 countries, within its T4 Bambino category, 17 children between 5 and 8 years old competed where Ethan and Edgar carried our flag high, obtaining 1st and 2nd place. Pichardo Bello started in the world of karting at the age of 5, and in his short career he has won twice at the national level in the Grupo Alonzo and United Petroleum competitions, this being his first cup in the world. Ethan is the son of Dr. Nathaly Bello, a plastic surgeon, and Dr. Tiron Pichardo, an ophthalmologist, who have supported the child's dreams since his interest in racing, which began at the young age of 2 years old.The karting race in its T4 Bambino, T4 Mini, T4 Junior, and T4 Senior categories is organized and directed by Tillotson, an engine company that in 2010 began producing its own small engines aimed at the karting market. After a few years, they expanded it to include the T4 series, a complete kart package and a race series that brings high-level karting to the masses.
The T4 series is an affordable four-stroke racing series that spans over 40 countries worldwide and across every continent, culminating in the Nations Cup, where drivers compete on behalf of themselves and their country for the coveted Nations Cup trophy. The series is ideal for skilled drivers starting out in karting, as well as those who left the sport and want to return to a more affordable but highly competitive level.
