In the past competition we finished in second place and we trust that, with the talent of this delegation, we can surpass that result if God allows it.” Troncoso, who was already part of the selection in the FIA Games of Valencia, Spain, where he reached the final in Esports, will compete again on the iRacing platform, this time in the Formula 4 category. For his part, Raymi Guzmán Jr., national karting champion, will take on the Karting Slalom challenge. The young driver has prepared under the guidance of Giraldi, who last year led the also Dominican Sebastián Santana to first place in this modality. Meanwhile, Faruck Husseim, a circuits specialist, will participate in the Autos Legends category, a slalom-type test that demands great precision at the wheel. The team has previously studied the layout to define their race strategies. The event will take place at the Miguel E. Abed circuit on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th of September, with the participation of delegations from Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Belize, Colombia (current champion), Mexico as the host country, and the Dominican Republic. The delegation is supported by the airline Arajet, a strategic ally in the regional integration of NACAM, in a competition that seeks to promote sports exchange and fellowship between nations. Santo Domingo.- The national team of the Dominican Federation of Automobilism (FDA) departed this Thursday for the city of Puebla, Mexico, to participate in the second edition of the NACAM Games, with the goal of conquering the first place among eleven participating countries.
