Puerto Plata.- The ministers of the presidency, José Ignacio Paliza and of Sports, Kelvin Cruz, led the start of the construction of the Club Liga Miramar in Puerto Plata, with an investment of 40 million pesos
Cruz said that this is the third groundbreaking he has done in Puerto Plata to start the work on sports facilities, and that they are not political groundbreakings.
"We are happy to come here once more, for the third time, to sow hopes with deeds, not with words," indicated the Minister of Sports.
He recalled that his administration is already building the roofs of the Gregorio Luperón and Gustavo Behall clubs, which will be inaugurated this year.

Kelvin Cruz's management has inaugurated 27 sports facilities in various communities across the national geography.
