35 Dominicans are listed on the first ballot for the 2025 Major League Baseball All-Star Game

Santo Domingo. A total of 35 Dominican players are included in the first ballot for the 2025 All-Star Game of Major League Baseball (MLB), whose first phase of voting began this Wednesday at noon.

Among the standouts are established figures like Rafael Devers, José Ramírez, Juan Soto, Fernando Tatis Jr., and emerging prospects like Junior Caminero and Agustín Ramírez, who appear for the first time on the official ballot thanks to their outstanding performances this season.

The All-Star Game will be held next Tuesday, July 15th at Truist Park in Atlanta. During the first phase of the process, which runs from June 4th to 26th, fans can vote up to five times a day for their favorite players on MLB.com. Subsequently, from June 30th to July 2nd, the final voting will take place to choose the starters for the mid-season classic.

Among the most striking figures is Junior Caminero, 21, who has impressed in his first full year in the Major Leagues by batting .379 with four home runs and 13 RBIs last week, earning him the American League Player of the Week award.

Likewise, Agustín Ramírez, who debuted last April 21st with the Miami Marlins, has captured attention with his solid offensive performance, hitting seven home runs and driving in 18 runs in just 36 games.
