HIGÜEY, LA ALTAGRACIA.- Centro club extended its undefeated streak by defeating San José 97-91, on the Sunday of the regular season of the 50th Superior Altagraciano Basketball Tournament (TBS Higüey 2025), which took place in the Leo Tavárez sports complex.

The Centro squad extended its undefeated streak to 3-0, taking the lead in the regular season, by defeating San José (2-1), who lost for the first time and remains in second place, in the tournament for the Punta Cana Cup, sponsored by the Punta Cana Group. American reinforcement Kerry Richardson achieved his third consecutive double-double by scoring 29 points and 11 rebounds, and Nathanael Louis imitated him with 26 points and 14 rebounds. They helped them in the offensive, Jordy Peralta with 12 digits plus five assists, Albert Fernández 10, seven rebounds and nine assists, and Alexander Henríquez closed with nine.
