Sarco opened the scoring in the 2nd minute, taking advantage of a rebound in the area to put the Albiceleste ahead. Carrizo extended the lead with a precise free kick in the 23rd minute and scored again in the 53rd, confirming his great moment in the tournament. Silvetti completed the rout in the 66th minute, in a match where the South Americans showed efficiency and total dominance.
