"We thank these players for the years of service they had with us and wish them luck in their next experiences," said René Francisco and Gian Guzmán, who are working on the formation of the team. Regularly, the LIDOM Rookie Draft holds about 16 rounds, so the Eagles need to have space for those picks they will make. Among the players who are free to sign with any other organization are infielders Ramón Torres, Lizandro Rodríguez and Junior Tilién, who complete the three infielders released. The group also includes gardeners Albertson Asigen, Daniel Mateo, and José Suárez. The list also includes seven pitchers, all right-handed, who are: Benito García, Ismael Michel, Moisés Díaz, Dionys Rodríguez, Yeuris Jiménez, Jorge Minyety and José Betances.EARLY CAMP
The Águilas Cibaeñas will begin preparations on the 15th of this month, when they open an optional Early Camp at their home, the Cibao Stadium. For the 22nd, the Early Camp will continue with the invitation to all members of the team's roster, who will seek their number 23 crown in Dominican baseball. Their first game of the 2025-2026 season, dedicated to Cooperstown immortal Juan Marichal, will be on October 15th, when they host the Gigantes del Cibao.
