ADOTUR and Equifax sign agreement to strengthen tourism

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Association of Tourism Operators (ADOTUR) and Equifax Dominicana signed a collaboration agreement that marks a milestone in the protection, growth, and sustainability of the tourism business in the country. Under the slogan “Alliances that move tourism: We protect what we build“, Bladimir Monegro, president of ADOTUR, highlighted that this alliance will allow to impact more than 1,000 tourism intermediation companies with concrete tools to improve their financial and operational management.

“El turismo no solo se construye con sueños y experiencias, también con datos, previsión y protección. Este acuerdo es una respuesta a la necesidad de blindar nuestros negocios frente a los desafíos del mercado actual”,

afirmó Monegro.

For his part, Albert Adam, Country Manager of Equifax, expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration with ADOTUR, highlighting that it promotes a more transparent and reliable tourism ecosystem for all parties involved, allowing the mitigation of the risk that companies in the sector run when making decisions. During the event, the ADOTUR Congress: Profitable Agency, to be held in November of this year, was also announced, which will bring together experts in finance, marketing, sales, technology, and leaders of national tourism to share tools and strategies focused on scaling tourism businesses profitably.
